The Zed Studio Desk is a study in structure, rhythm, and flow. Crafted from sapele, the design leans into the wood’s long, linear ribbon grain—shimmering, directional, and alive with movement. The material choice reinforces the desk’s horizontal emphasis, guiding the eye across the surface much like a musical phrase.

Designed to house an 88-key MIDI controller and up to 18U of rack gear, Zed balances presence with restraint. Cable paths are concealed, equipment is held within reach, and the workspace remains visually calm. Every angle and proportion serves the same goal: to remove friction and support long, focused sessions of making.

Zed is not decorative furniture—it is a working instrument. One that anchors the studio while quietly disappearing beneath the act of creation.
